SAGECollab Circles
Non-profit groups and organizations that serve or advocate with LGBTQ+ elders will benefit from becoming a part of SAGECollab. Together, we exchange ideas, explore public policy changes, and inspire each other to better support and empower LGBTQ+ elders everywhere. Our SAGECollab Circles provide members with meetings, webinars, chances to interact and learn from national experts and their peers, and much more.
Advocacy Circle
These are collaboration opportunities for organizations from across the country that are, or are interested in, advocating for policy and legislative changes at the federal, state and local level that improve the aging experience for LGBTQ+ elders and older people living with HIV. Learn what organizations are doing to fight for LGBTQ+ aging policies and collaborate with other organizations in your advocacy goals.
Networking and special advocacy presentations occur on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 1 pm ET. To join the Advocacy Circle and receive meeting invites, you will need to submit an application to become a SAGECollab partner.
Community Engagement Circle
A learning opportunity for organizations that are committed to outreach and engagement of diverse LGBTQ+ elders. Listen and learn from leaders in the community who have experience with engaging LGBTQ+ elders of color, uniting generations, addressing the needs of trans elders and older people living in rural communities, supporting LGBTQ+ families and their care partners and other expertise to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ older people everywhere.
Networking and community engagement webinars occur quarterly on the 2nd Thursday of March, June, September, and December at 3 pm ET. To join the Community Engagement Circle, you will need to submit an application to be a SAGECollab partner.
Services Circle
A learning and networking opportunity for organizations that currently provide or are interested in beginning to develop programs, events and direct services for LGBTQ+ elders and older people living with HIV. Join the Services Circle and network with your peers and learn more best practices in the provision of services and programs for this community.
Networking and special presentations occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 3:30 pm ET. To join the Services Circle, you will need to submit an application to be a SAGECollab partner.
