The order declares that the United States will only recognize two sexes, male and female, and states that those sexes are binary, biological and “not changeable.” The order also calls for the rescission of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s April guidance entitled “Enforcement Guidance on Harassment in the Workplace.”
