Trenace DiPapsico is the Senior Director of Human Resources at SAGE. Having over 15 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and Operations, she is a results-driven leader who delivers impactful results. In addition, she’s passionate about driving business growth through talent acquisition, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and organizational development. Trenace works closely with the Executive Team and equally with staff on all levels. As a human resources professional, Trenace has experience in several industries, such as corporate, start-up, manufacturing operations, and not-for-profits. She finds it rewarding and exhilarating to serve, uplift, and aid her community in her role as an HR professional.
