Jessica Stephens is the Director of Individual Giving & Database Development at SAGE, the country’s largest and oldest organization serving lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQ+) older people. A member of SAGE’s Development Team, Jessica manages all daily operations of the internal database as well as the email and direct marketing fundraising.
Prior to joining SAGE, Jessica was the Database and Reports Manager at Lambda Legal, where she led the team that processed nearly 20 million dollars in annual donations. She also served as the Member Services Assistant there, where she acknowledged all gifts to the organization and was the first point of contact for thousands of donors. Her work in LGBTQ+ rights began as a Field Organizing Intern at Equality California, working for marriage equality in her home state.
Jessica has a BA in Political Science from San Francisco State University and, a former early childhood educator, has studied Child Development at City College of San Francisco.
