Bill Gross has worked at SAGE for over 5 years and currently oversees a variety of client-based programs including SAGEPositive, SAGEVets, the Friendly Visitor Program, and SAGE@SoFIA. He has worked with LGBTQ+ non-profits for almost 3 decades, starting as a volunteer HIV counselor at Philadelphia’s Mazzoni Clinic, and later running programs at Gay Men’s Health Crisis and Callen-Lorde Community Health Center. He sits on the New York City HIV Planning Council and is a founding member of the Long-Term Survivor Wellness Coalition, a collaborative of agencies dedicated to improving the lives of the HIV long-term survivor community. When not behind a desk, Bill has also enjoyed a career as a professional actor and singer, graduating from The Juilliard School, and performing at theatres in New York and across the country.
