The SHE (Strong. Healthy. Energized.) Program is a women-led health and fitness program.
SAGE is announcing its second offering of the SHE (Strong. Healthy. Energized.) fitness program! SHE sessions bring women together to improve their health while having fun. This is about friends working together for fitness. Join us for an informational gathering on March 5 to learn about the program. Open to all overweight lesbian and bisexual women who are 60+. Being healthy can be hard. But together, we can do this!

Program launch: Spring 2014
Duration of program: 12 weekly Wednesday sessions, 2 – 3:30 pm
Commitment: Active participation in program beginning April 2nd
Features: Group interaction, walking, exercise-of-the-week, cost-efficient recipes, cooking tips, and more!
Location: The SAGE Center in NYC (305 Seventh Ave at 27th St, 15th Floor)
Eligibility: Overweight lesbian and bisexual women 60 years and older
