Reyno FranciscoCare Manager
Reyno Francisco is a Care Manager at The SAGE Center, the nation’s first full-time center dedicated to LGBT older adults. In his role, he provides information, referrals, assistance with entitlements/benefits, and help with housing issues.
Reyno has been in the field for more than five years and prior to his role at SAGE, he was the Intake/ Case Manager Supervisor at Isabella Geriatric Center (Upper Manhattan Partnership for Seniors Independence-UMPSI). This was a program designed to provide information, case management, benefits and entitlements, meals on wheels and homecare assistance to frail homebound seniors in Washington Heights, Inwood and West Harlem. He was the intake/paralegals coordinator at Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation, where he provided legal assistance and advocacy to people with housing problems. SAGE represents a new challenge for him, since he has not previously worked with the LGBT older adult population, but is excited about the work the organization does for elders in New York and the country.
Reyno holds a Master’s degree in Human Services from Boricua College. He is an avid lover of long walks. He presently resides in Washington Heights and is the proud father of two children.
